About Me

I am a wife, mother of four who loves the outdoors, cooking, reading, art, music and yoga. My greatest joy is my family and I treasure my friends.

I believe in positive thinking - also called the power of intention or law of attraction. This is where thoughts, attitudes, and intentions dictate the experience of life.

We all have unique paths full of joy and sorrow. It's how we learn from these experiences that we can share our truths of life and to know ourselves and connect with others.

I usually begin my classes with bringing our attention to our breath. We quiet the mind and go within with gentle stretching. Moving our bodies and joining our breath can free our minds of tension and sorrow. This "letting go" helps us connect to our spirit within so we can shine our lights. I truly believe that we give ourselves a gift by taking the time for a regular yoga practice.

Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:14
